By accessing and using our document generation tools, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the below, please do not use this service.

Intended Use and Liability

Our platform provides a tool to format data you provide into common professional documents (e.g. Paystubs, W-2s, 1099s). We are a software provider, not accountants or attorneys. The generated forms are intended for standard record-keeping and business processes; however, you bear full responsibility for the legality, factual accuracy, and appropriateness of the generated forms.

By using this service, you agree that you will not use it to create fraudulent documents. We assume no liability for misuse, inaccurate reporting, or damages resulting from the use of forms generated using our online application.

Payments and Refunds

Services are provided primarily on a per-use or subscription basis. Due to the digital delivery nature of the forms, purchases are considered final once the final PDF is generated and downloaded. We do not provide flat refunds unless an error was made explicitly by our generation tool.

Modifications

We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
