You are solely responsible for the content you enter and the documents you generate, and for ensuring their legality, accuracy, and appropriate use.

5. Accuracy and Your Responsibility

The Service formats the data you provide; it does not verify it. While we strive to keep calculations consistent with current federal and state guidance, we do not guarantee that any generated document is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing every document and confirming it meets your needs and legal obligations before relying on it.

6. Payments, Pricing, and Refunds

Certain documents and features are provided on a paid, per-use, or subscription basis. Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers such as Stripe. Because documents are delivered digitally and instantly, purchases are generally final once a document has been generated and made available for download. If our tool made a demonstrable error, contact us and we will work to make it right.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Paystub Generator and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the information you input and the documents you generate for your own lawful use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service itself without our written permission.
