This Independent Contractor Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of May 31, 2026, by and between:
Client: [Client Name], located at [Client Address]
Contractor: [Contractor Name], located at [Contractor Address]
The Contractor agrees to perform the following services for the Client: [Description of Services] (the "Services").
In consideration for the Services, the Client agrees to pay the Contractor the following: [Compensation Amount and Terms]. Payment shall be made according to the invoice terms provided by the Contractor unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

The Contractor agrees not to disclose any confidential information obtained from the Client during the term of this Agreement without prior written consent.
This document reflects the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings. No amendments shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
